We want you to love every single thing you order from The Pretty Pistol — but we get it, sometimes things just don't work out. Here's everything you need to know about our return policy.

Store Credit Only All approved returns are issued as store credit. No exceptions. Think of it as money waiting for your next favorite find! 💕

14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit on all approved returns. This helps us keep prices as cute as possible for everyone.

How Returns Work

1. Email us at jessica@theprettypistol.com to request a return.
2. Once approved, we'll email you the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Defective or Wrong Item? If you received a defective item or we sent you the wrong thing — we've got you, girl. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right immediately. No return shipping required. 🙌

A Note on Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, simply return your item (if eligible) and use your store credit to place a new order.
